Calling Cards - Washi Japanese Handmade
Size: 83.0 kB - File type: JPEG imagePeter's Note: Three color cards. The image is from a 16th C Italian edition of the "Hieroglyphica" in my collection. The original woodcut line-art was scanned, and I rendered a color sketch in Adobe Photoshop CS3 which was used to create three plates (the 'umber', 'blue-gray' and black). I mixed the ink at the press to match the Photoshop sketch.
